Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Orders are roasted and packed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), then ship with USPS. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after that.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We ship to US addresses only.

Please double-check your address. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping costs are on the customer.

If your package hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
